Strength & Conditioning (Semi-Private)

This class* focuses on learning proper mechanics when it comes to building weightlifting and building strength, alongside working on enhancing your cardiovascular system.

  • Tuesdays Target Muscle Group: Back
  • Thursdays Target Muscle Group: Glutes

Class size: 2-4
