David Cole

owner Definition of Fitness LLC NASM-CPT, NASM, PRO BODYBUILDER
I learned at a young age that I can help people believe in their physical abilities by teaching corrective exercise and I knew opening up my own place would allow me the ability to focus my craft while being able to have a more hands-on approach with my clients. Fitness journeys are just like any journey in our daily lives in that they have ups and downs, mountains and plateaus, but if you have a close-knit community by your side, you’re much more likely to succeed. Fitness isn’t just important to me, it’s a lifestyle choice. No one doubts the medical benefits of healthy eating and exercise on a consistent basis or the physical aesthetics that can come from the same. But my focus with both my clients and myself has always been on how fitness can improve the whole person, mind and body, as I believe they’re all interconnected.

Pam

Pam is a certified NASM personal trainer with a background in weightlifting, conditioning, and high intensity interval training. Her approach is rooted in individualization, tailoring workout routines to suit each client’s unique needs, regardless of their fitness level or experience in the gym. Passionate about helping others discover the joy of exercise, Pam believes that fitness is not just about physical health but also about fostering a positive mindset. By training with her, you can expect to not only achieve your fitness goals but also gain confidence on your path to a healthier lifestyle. When she’s not at the gym, Pam enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, music concerts, pilates, and yoga!

Fatima Kamara

Personal Trainer

Fatima is a certified personal trainer (in-person/virtual) from the DMV area. Her degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science started her career as a part-time trainer in 2018, then going full time in 2022. Fatima focuses on all aspects of fitness: weight loss, strength and conditioning, olympic lifts, weight gain, and most importantly guiding through proper form. She looks to expand her love for fitness to others via 1-1 training, partner training, semi-private classes, and group classes.

Although she trains both men and women, her focus is to create a space where females feel comfortable weightlifting and gain confidence within themselves. Fatima looks forward to pushing clients to their highest potential, physically, and finding new ways of living healthier.

Her favorite hobby is to travel.

Lee Miller

Lee Miller, a 26-year-old Bowie State graduate and lifelong Maryland native, embarked on his fitness journey at the age of 14 while running track and playing football. Committed to a healthy lifestyle for a fulfilling life, Lee’s passion for fitness is evident. Beyond the gym, he enjoys gaming, traveling, indulging in anime, spending time with friends, playing sports, and continuously mastering himself. Join Lee in the pursuit of well-rounded wellness and a thriving lifestyle.

Corbin Booker

Corbin Booker is a strength coach located in Washington D.C. Corbin has been training at Definition of Fitness over a year now, and his expertise comes from his background as a college lacrosse player and later on as a lacrosse coach. Since 2017 when he first built his own personal training, he has served more than 150 clients across the country both physically and virtually. His style is certainly rooted in athletic functional movement and preserving your inner athletic abilities. Corbin has certifications in Strength & Conditioning, and teaches Monday (7pm), Tuesday (7pm), and Saturday (10am)
